A refundable security deposit, payable at the time of application, will hold any apartment. The deposit is refundable if you are not approved. The amount of deposit will be based on your credit history report. If a larger deposit is required it may be paid on day of move-in.
Lease terms are available, ranging from six to twelve months.
We accept payment by money order or cashier's check. No personal checks, cash, or credit cards, please.
Pets smaller than 20 lbs, or less than 12" high at shoulder are allowed; a non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged at time of move-in.
